17th February – Chinese New Year Eve or Lunar New Year

It was a cooling and gloomy day……and then…it rains..what a day..normally when Chinese New Year is around the corner…it would be hot with bright sunshine except for this year..

Today is the day where everyone would return to their elders home for a reunion dinner. It is a time of gratitude and family togetherness. Later in the evening, as we heads towards grandma’s house where all the uncles, aunties and cousins gather together preparing the night with steamboat……lobsters, prawns, chicken meat, mushrooms, cabbages…etc
